Celebrate the start of summer with your neighbors! Join us for a fun, relaxed afternoon of picnicking, playing, and community connection at Victor Jones Park.

WHAT TO EXPECT

BYO Picnic & Beverages |Bring whatever makes your picnic perfect. We’ll provide the music and laid-back summer vibes.

Lawn Games | Cornhole, giant Jenga, spike ball, and more — fun for all ages!

Kids’ Maker Fair | Handmade goods, snacks, art & more created by Glenwood’s young makers! Details and sign-up below!

Kids’ Makers Fair

Does your child love to create, build, bake, or make?
Whether they craft jewelry, bake cookies, paint, or want to run a lemonade stand — they’re invited to be part of the fun!

At the Kids’ Makers Fair, young creators can set up a small table, blanket, or stand to sell their handmade goods, art, jewelry, plants, snacks, drinks, or other kid-friendly creations.

This is a great opportunity for kids to:

• Share their talents with the community and get to know their neighbors

• Join the neighborhood fun in a hands-on way!

• Practice entrepreneurial skills

To help us plan and avoid too many duplicate items, please let us know what your child will be selling when you sign up. We’ll do our best to make space for a variety of booths!

Participation is free, but space is limited — please fill out the short form below to reserve your spot, we'll do the marketing from there.

Glenwood Summer Nights

June 25th, July 16th, August 20th, and September 17th

On one Wednesday of each month - join the community with a purpose. We’ll be organizing each day with a theme. Everyone is welcome, and we’ll have a specific theme focused on amplifying the benefits of Glenwood - requested by you! It may be business networking, education on a topic, a kids gear swap, local politics - you tell us and we’ll get the message out.

Evacuation Drill - August 23rd

Location: Your Home

Can you be ready to leave Glenwood in 10 minutes if an alert came in? Build a plan and test out executing it during this dedicated community event. See if you, your family and your pets can be packed up and on the road.

Halloween Home Decorating

2023 brought back all our halloween love across Glenwood. We had some oustanding homes decorated and amazing fun to be had by all. Thanks to everyone who went from all-in on smoke, crushed it with spooky music and brought so much passion to their home projects.

Thanks everyone who came out to enjoy a fun day in the park full of carnival games, sunny Septmber Marin weather, delicous El Yucateco tacos and your neighbors. We look forward to making it an annual tradition to meet-up with old and new neighbors alike and have some fun.

  

Easter Egg Hunt

The Annual Easter Egg Hunt is always a great success! Thanks everyone who came out and hunted!

Glenwood Neighbors has been putting on events for the neighborhood for 50 years. The Annual Easter Egg hunt is staple, drawing hundreds of people every year, with a 50+ year tradition (except for the 1 year missed during COVID), and importantly a laugh as kids of all ages sprint to win.
