By joining Glenwood Neighbors, as an owner or renter, you become an integral part of your community. You have a forum in which to voice your opinion and shape the future of our neighborhood, you create a sense of belonging among our neighbors, and you have a ready way to partner up with other residents to get things done!

Membership and fees (dues) are voluntary. Our goal is for all Glenwood residents to participate. We encourage everyone (renters as well as owners) to submit for membership. Your payment of the modest annual dues ($50.00) helps us cover expenses and continue to provide these and other services and activities: Community Meetings; Movies and BBQs in Victor Jones Park; Annual Spring Egg Hunt; Ready Glenwood Disaster Preparedness.

Household $50 annual - $50.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 8 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Membership as a household assumes multiple members and requires one person to be the designated administrator for other members residing in the household. The household administrator (aka "bundle administrator") or the system administrator can add members for the household.

Household Associate - Free Bundle (up to 8 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Membership as a household assumes multiple members and requires one person to be the designated administrator for other members residing in the household. The household administrator (aka "bundle administrator") or the system administrator can add members for the household. The Associate membership level is provided as an alternative to paid membership. Associates cannot vote for Glenwood Neighbors board members. All other benefits and requirements of membership apply.

Individual $50 annual - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Individual memberships assume that the household consists of one resident, or that only one resident in the household wishes to participate as a member of GHA.

Individual Associate - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments The Individual Associate level is provided as an alternative to paid membership. Associates are not required to pay dues and cannot vote in elections to select Glenwood Neighbor board members. All other benefits and requirements of membership apply.
